Prime Hotel Group Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Overview

The prize consists of a two-night stay for two adults in one roomat any one of the hotels in the Prime Hotel Group (the “Prize”). The Prize includes accommodation only and does not include any extras, such as meals, minibar, parking, or other incidental charges. The Prize is not transferable for cash or any other alternative.

 

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals living in New Zealand, aged 18 years and over.

    • Employees of the Prime Property Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter

 

3. Prize Details & Redemption

  • The Prize is valid for a stay between 15 April and 31 December 2025, excluding blackout dates.

  • The Prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • Once the booking is confirmed, no changes can be made to the agreed dates.

  • Travel costs and expenses associated with the stay are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • The winner must contact marketing@primeproperty.co.nz to arrange their booking.

 

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by 31 March 2025.

  • The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim the Prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn at random.

 

5. Marketing & Privacy

  • By entering the competition, entrants agree that their name, image, and any associated content may be used by the Prime Hotel Group for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and website features.

  • The personal information provided will be used in accordance with the Prime Hotel Group’s privacy policy and may be used for future marketing communications. Entrants can opt out at any time.

 

6. General Conditions

  • The Prize must be used in accordance with the hotel’s standard booking policies and terms of stay.

  • If, for any reason, the Prize cannot be fulfilled as advertised, the hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

 

7. Acceptance & Liability 

  • By entering the competition, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

  • The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with the Prize.
