There’s been some talk in the media about our Manners Street project lately. The strengthening and refurbishment of our 16-storey office tower will be a beacon of seismic resilience and showcase our commitment to investing in Wellington’s future business needs.
Refurbishment work includes new building services with a targeted 5-star NABERS rating, premium end-of-trip facilities, a private gym and a lobby cafe. Completion is set for late 2025.
