We are excited to be able to announce our plans for the Amora Hotel. The building is currently in the design phase, which will position it once again as a landmark luxury hotel for the city.
Part of the process is to bring the adjacent James Smith carpark up to current seismic standards. Construction work for the carpark has been underway for a while now and completion of the carpark is set for 2025.
